Ty Herndon (born May 2, 1962 in Butler, Alabama) is an American country music singer who shot to national eclat within 1995 sustaining his hit only (& album) "What Mattered Most". Shortly fallowing, he received criminal charges of drug possession, indecent exposure, & solicitation for gay sex around the Texas park. His reps all a same claim he is non gay & he was under a influence of doses at the instance of the incident. Herndin went on to keep around farther hits like "I Want My Goodbye Back" & "Living In A Moment (I Would Die For)". He continues to tour & record & has enjoyed multi-million sales globe-wide.
